The clock is running

While your profile sits unclaimed, the top slot is still open

Your company is already on TopLandscapers, scored from public records. Until you claim it, buyers searching your area see a profile you do not control — and a preliminary, unverified score. In Austin, nobody has claimed or certified yet.

The first company that claims and certifies takes the top of the leaderboard. Not because they buy ads — because they proved it.

Projects buyers come here for

The work that moves revenue — not a live job feed.

  • New-home landscape installs

  • Full landscape redesigns

  • Hardscaping: patios, retaining walls, walkways, pavers

  • Garden beds and seasonal plantings

  • Irrigation and drainage systems

When buyers research these jobs, a claimed, certified profile is what they can trust.

Win bigger projects

Get in front of the high-value work in your market

We built TopLandscapers around the projects that move your revenue: commercial and HOA maintenance contracts, new installs, full redesigns, and hardscaping. That is the demand we attract and the audience we write for. When a buyer researching one of these jobs searches your area, a claimed, certified profile with a strong TurfScore is what they can trust — and in metros where nobody is certified yet, the first company that claims that slot owns it.

Who's hiring

  • HOAs and community associations
  • Office, retail, and mixed-use complexes
  • Industrial and datacenter campuses
  • Municipal and parks contracts
  • Homeowners planning $50K+ projects

A single high-end install or hardscape project can be worth $50,000 or more. One contract like that can outweigh a season of mowing accounts.

Differentiate with verified proof

Turn third-party proof into your best sales tool

Your photos show your work. They cannot show whether the change order gets answered same-day, or whether the site is safe when your client's kids get home. Licensed and insured is table stakes. An independent TurfScore rates what every competitor claims but none can prove — and when three bidders' work all looks good, that is the tiebreaker.

Not a shared-lead marketplace. We do not sell the same lead to five companies. Your profile earns its place on merit, and the matches you get are yours.

How TopLandscapers works for landscapers

From unclaimed to certified, in four steps.

01

Claim your profile

Find your company in the directory and claim it with a sign-in link. Free, about 20 seconds, no password.

02

Earn your TurfScore™

We score you across five categories. Public records typically get you around 20 of 100. The rest unlocks when you submit a certification packet and we score it on a call.

03

Get certified

Book the call from the last step of the packet. Cross the threshold and earn your certification tier. Every document you add is what we score — nothing auto-unlocks as you type.

04

Get found by buyers

Certified companies rank at the top of their metro, carry a badge buyers can check, and go first as direct lead referrals roll out.

What goes into your TurfScore

Every company is scored on the same 100-point framework. It measures what property managers and commercial clients actually care about, not ad spend or how long you have been buying leads.

No pay-to-play. Your score reflects your company's standards, not your marketing budget.

Three certification tiers

You do not buy a tier — you land in one. Your TurfScore alone decides which, and every tier is free. There is no plan to upgrade to and no placement to purchase.

Unverified

Under 45 pts

This is where you are today. Scored from public data only, which typically lands a company around 20 of 100 — short of all three tiers. No badge, no verification. In Austin, every listed shop is still here — so the first company that claims and certifies jumps the pack.

Common questions

How do I get more commercial and HOA landscaping contracts?

Commercial and HOA buyers hire the companies they trust to show up and do the work right. TopLandscapers gives you an independent, verified profile and a TurfScore™ those buyers can check, then puts you in front of them when they search your area. Claim your profile, verify your credentials, and get certified.

Is it really free to claim my profile?

Yes. Claiming your profile, getting scored, and earning certification are all free, and so is every tier. You cannot buy a tier, a badge, or a better ranking — your score decides where you land, and the only way to move up is to document more of your business.

How does TopLandscapers get me in front of buyers?

Today it is search and reputation: when a property owner or manager researches your area, certified companies rank at the top with a verified profile and a score buyers can check. Direct lead routing — sending a specific project to a specific company — is in development, and certified companies get first access when it launches.

What kind of projects will I get matched with?

The high-value work: new installs, full redesigns, hardscaping, and commercial, HOA, and municipal contracts. TopLandscapers is built around the projects worth winning, not low-ticket shared leads.

How is this different from Angi, Houzz, or Thumbtack?

Those platforms sell the same lead to several companies and rank you on what you pay. TopLandscapers is independently scored, never pay-to-play. We do not resell your matches, and your placement is earned through verified performance, not ad spend.

How do you score my company?

We use a 100-point framework across five categories: licensing and insurance, standards and safety, credentials and development, track record and reputation, and responsiveness and communication. Public records — your rating, review volume, and years in business — typically get you to around 20 of 100 before you submit anything. The rest is locked until you claim your profile and provide documentation, because we cannot verify licensing, insurance, safety practices, or training from the outside.

How long does certification take?

After you claim with a sign-in link, you fill a certification packet (license, insurance, SOPs, credentials) and book a scoring call. We review that packet before we meet. Locked points on your public score do not change until we certify you on the call — typically within a week of the appointment.

Will my verified profile help me show up in AI search?

That is the idea. AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude favor structured, third-party-verified data when they recommend a company. A verified TopLandscapers profile and TurfScore™ make you the kind of source they can cite when a buyer asks who to hire.

What if my score is not high enough to get Certified?

Companies that score 45 to 64 get a Profiled listing, which is still claimed, verified, and searchable in the directory. You will get a breakdown of where you scored and exactly what would move you up to Certified. Many companies get there within a few months, usually by documenting standards and safety practices they already follow but never wrote down.
